| Reformer | The reformer is the most recognizable piece of pilates equipment. It’s system of springs, straps and pulleys allows for fundamental to extremely advanced movements by sitting, standing, kneeling or lying on the gliding platform. The pilates reformer allows the user to establish trunk stability and postural alignment while the limbs are flexing, extending and rotating. The adjustable springs allow for progressive challenge to lengthen and strengthen the body without adding bulk.
