Studio U is an upscale private boutique studio with the best and latest technologies in pilates, physical therapy and overall general fitness and mind-body-balance and well-being. It is fully equipped with Peak Pilates and physical therapy equipment, and is the first in Minnesota to offer the revolutionary Power Plate. 

As you enter Studio U you'll find a comfortable waiting area that connects to three private changing rooms, two private studios and one group-class studio. The first private workout studio is to your right where you'll find the finest in Peak Pilates equipment, a red upholstered cadillac, stability chair, ladder, step barrels, and a state of the art pilates reformer.  This studio also features the high-tech Power Plate (a revolutionary system of training using vibration technology).  To the left of the waiting area is another private workout studio containing both state of the art pilates equipment as well as the physical therapy area. It's in this studio that the initial consult will take place, as well as any hands on muscle or joint work. Behind the waiting area is the group-class studio with three state of the art pilates tower reformers. Each of your sessions at Studio U is personalized for you and you alone and is always performed under the guidance of a master's certified physical therapist.
